I. Overview
The intelligent tunnel crack width measuring instrument is mainly used for automated measurement of cracks in various railway tunnels, and can also be used for crack measurement in highways, dams and other places.
II.Principle Introduction
This instrument adopts optical image processing technology to conduct rotary scanning and search on the tunnel cross-section, automatically identify and measure the crack width at the internal cross-section of the tunnel. The surface of the tunnel crack is imaged on the CCD image sensor through the automatic zoom and automatic focusing optical system, and the width of the crack image is measured through USB digital signal transmission and image processing software. The magnification of the crack image is calibrated through dual laser beams, the actual width of the crack is automatically identified and displayed, and the result data is saved in the form of images and data packets.
